Our Vineyards

We own all our own vineyards, which are on the hills of Valdobbiadene, Santo Stefano, Fol, Saccol and Guia. Prosecco has been planted on these hills for countless generations and can therefore be called historic hills. These hills have the special merit of being part of a natural microclimate, with long sun exposure and shelter from the northen winds. The climate and soil of these hills provides Prosecco with its especially fine scents and taste. These vineyards have to be tended by hand from pruning through to harvesting, which rewards is the final quality of grapes as well as the breathtaking beauty of the landscape. Personal cultivation allows us to agronomic measures which foster a better smell and taste concentration at the expense of grapes production per hectare.
