With low sugar residual, but balanced in taste, it’s the perfect wine for an apperitif, but it can be considered a sparkling wine for all parts of the meal.

Sugar Residual 9-10 g/ l
Acidity 5-6 g/l
750 ml

Cool to 8/10'C shortly before serving.






PRESEVATION
Prosecco wines must be drunk whilst they are young, ideally within a year of production and definitely no longer than two years. Bottles should not be stored in the fridge too long, they should be kept in a cool and dark place.
