Whilst Prosecco is mainly considered as a sparkling or semi sparking wine, our grapes allow us to produce still wines of considerable quality. It is a typical "springtime" Prosecco which is fresh, subtle and softly aromatic. This wine is best served with light dishes, risotto or fish.
