The "frizzante" version of Prosecco is the most typical and well known of the wines. The Valdobbiadene Frizzante Croset is the wine suitable for any time of day.

Sugar Residual 8-9 g/l
Acidity 5-6 g/l
750 ml

Cool to 8/10'C shortly before serving.






PRESERVATION
Prosecco wines must be drunk whilst they are young, ideally within a year of production and definitely no longer than two years. Bottles should not be stored in the fridge too long, they should be kept in a cool and dark place.
